Drivers seat cushion
my cars previous owners generous posterior dimensions have compressed the outer edge of the drivers seat and creased the leather. I orderec a new cushion from Lexus.
Any idea how hard this is to install?

Wow - I bought my car with 25k miles a few months ago.
I pointed out the same issue at my dealer - the driver seat bolster is a bit crushed (door side).
They gave me a loaner, keep the car for two weeks, and worked with regional to get thigs right.
They agreed - and will be replacing both front seat bottoms....they noticed a bit of wear on the passenger side as well.
That's LEXUS service!
But it does question the seat foam quality.
My LS400 never had a hint of crush (In fact, my dealer has a 500,000 mile LS400 in the service showroom - seats are like new!)
I've had 13 Lexi - and no hint on seat bottom crush on any....

In a MUSTANG of mine a few years ago - the same thing happened.
Took it to a auto upholstery place - had the foam replaced and had the shop splice in some foam that was denser than stock.
Wonderful!
If the leather is in good shape (And I'm pretty sure it is - It is a LEXUS) - you can order LEXUS seat foam and have a shop do the work.
Easy to do - discuss with the shop adding some denser foam if you want.

Rubberized foam may be necessary. Softer initially and gets progressively harder.
possible the ls430/400 cars might be like old Mercedes where the seats used horsehair. Lasted forever. Which I doubt
