Hi all. I'm in the market for new tires and planned on getting the pirelli centurato P7's but it appears they are hard to come by. They were apparently replaced by the centurato strada. Has anyone put these on their car and if so how do you like them? Has anyone had both and able to provide comparison?

 

The Centurato Strada is an exclusive tire for Discount Tire. According to the local manager, they are basically the same tire as the P7+ available in the rest of the market.

I just put them on my car about a month ago and am very happy with them. I put the P7's on another car a few years ago and loved them very much. My car is much quieter, rolls smoother and I'm getting better MPG's. Great tire!

 

Great to know, so it means the Centurato Strada is as good as or maybe better than the P7

 

I would say they’re probably pretty similar. I wouldn’t say better.
