The LS 460 is a heavy car, what is the average mileage people get here out of a set of quality tires......

Size of the rim and drivetrain affect tire life. Not to mention how you drive / proper inflation. 18's will last longer then 19 on up and RWD is easier on rubber vs AWD.

18 in wheel,
last set of Michelin Pilot A/S3 lasted 20k miles with 50% local driving,
the current set of AS3 seems will last 30k miles with 90% highway driving.

I am (as we speak) doing my first tire replacement at ~27k miles. I am switching from the stock over to Pilot Sport A/S 3s.

My original Michelin lasted 39k but I probably should have done at 35k.
