TireRack is where I got mine. Lots of retailers carry them though. Make sure you get the Plus.

Steve,

I will agree with you but this is more a sport less a tour. But i think these will be fine tires for the LS. The + model is a improvement from the last model.

It came down to really Pirellis had to be shipped in no one here carries them and when asked none seem too impressed.

As you can see even the Pirellies had to change and go +. The none + ones are still around.

Maybe next time i will go that way.

Thx

Thanks a lot for the tips.
I got all my tires from local Discount Tires because they are quick and easy to deal with regarding tire mileage warranty issues.
for the Pilot Sport AS3 with mileage warranty of 45000 miles, normally they last ~25000 miles on my LS460, and they will prorate and apply the credit to a set of new tires.

The Plus model is an improvement but the basic nature of the tires is the same, very different tires from the Pirellis. It's like saying a GS F Sport is similar to an LS in ride, it isn't at all.

The Plus with the Pirellis doesn't mean "new" or "better". The non Plus is the OEM version the Plus is the aftermarket replacement version. That's true of all Pirellis tires.

thanks a lot,
In California, Discount Tires is called America's Tire. They offer great service and allow online appointments so I stopped going to Costco. I had to special order my set of Pirelli Cintuarato P7 Plus. It took four days but was worth the wait. I did this with two different cars (ordered and waited).

True again. I was mainly saying the tire itself was made in the US. Lexington SC to be exact for my tires.

Cheers.

grips really well for A/S tire and looks good too.

I also feel exactly the same way with mine for the same reason. But did not notice they were any louder than the factory tires that came o the car. I want a more sporty feel to the car and not floatly
