I believe Lexus replacement batteries are InterState (at least that's what the dealers here in NC use). Honestly, I think all batteries are pretty much equivalent at any given price point. Battery warranties have gone downhill over the last 5 years but a longer warranty is generally a good idea.

All flooded-cell batteries come from one of the following companies, no matter what the name brand is:

Johnson Controls
Exide
East Penn


That's it. Three companies make effectively all of them. Delphi used to be a fourth, but Johnson Controls hoovered them off the market.

You really can't go too far wrong with any decent battery these days. Costco...Walmart....Sears....etc. I've had my AC Delco Professional for a couple years and they work great. 110 bucks or so on sale.

I used to use Sears DieHard Gold batteries in our cars and they were very good. The last batteries I've bought were Interstate.

I know there are only 3 manufacturers now, but I'm not so sure the specs aren't different depending on who they are making them for.

I would just buy the highest CCA for the size battery you can get for the best cost.

I buy all my batteries at AutoZone. There are three options and I go with the middle. Had this current battery about 2 years and still going strong.
