Interior part interchangeability

New guy here, so apologize if this is a stupid question. I'm looking for a door panel and console arm rest for a 2010 LS460. Are the years and colors the same for 2007- 2012? I've seen reference for 2007-09, as well as 2007-12. Thanks.

Well, there were some differences between door panels on all years:

Plain vinyl door pulls versus stitched leather.
Mark Levinson speaker covers vs Lexus Premium speaker covers.

Not sure about difference between model years 2007-2012, though. Lexus of South Atlanta has very good exploded parts diagrams on their web site. This will have part numbers.
