Default Leather door handles

Pardon my poor search skills, I couldn't find out which years, or is it packages, that have the interior leather door handles.

It's one complaint I have on our 06 430, the padded, rubber-like door handle. It looks so uninspired and not upscale at all. Then I realized some 460s have it too, but other 460s have the nice stitched leather on the interior door handles.

I never heard of that. I did a search for "melting door pulls/panels" and this was the only thread that came up.

I've heard of what sktn77a mentions. There were some threads about sticky/melting armrests on some early model years. That and stiff, cracking rubber surrounding the moonroof glass.

I believe the official title of the warranty enhancement is "sticky dash and door panels".

Doooh, that's right, I remember the sticky dash posts. Fortunately I haven't experienced that problem.

Mine has the leather handles and I don't have the semi-aniline leather FYI, that may have changed in 2013.

Yes, they changed the panel materials for the 2013 model year. I believe it's "pleather"!

Yes, and pretty much anything is better than the plastic they used in the 2007!
