Default fuel pump o rings

Just told that my vehicle 92,000 miles needs to replace the fuel pump o rings. Cost $450 sound right

There was a recall for what sounds like the same thing. Check it out. Go to Lexusdrivers.com , sign up for an account, input your VIN and it will tell you if you need the recall. I believe pretty much all LS450s had to have this done.

Do you mean the fuel pump gaskets? Or the o-rings in the lines to the pumps? Because I think it'd be more likely that the gaskets were leaking instead of the o-rings. Do you smell gas? Because if the o-rings are bad you would...that's before the car catches on fire.

I just had my passenger side fuel pump gaskets replaced. Dealer charged a bit over 500 bucks. It caused an oil leak. And the oil leak eventually dripped down to one of my o2 sensor. So that was also replaced. At a tune of 1234 bucks. Luckily warranty covered it all
