does HEATED WOOD- AND LEATHER-TRIMMED STEERING WHEEL means wood part is heated too? Only the leather part is heated on my steering wheel and everytime I turned the steering, my hands touch the wood part and it is cold. I wish wood part is heated too
No, Lexus does not heat the entire wheel. Only the leather part is heated. Other carmakers heat the whole thing even with the wood portion, but not Lexus.

I guarantee its not. Its the same steering wheel as I have, why would they develop an entirely different wheel for a 250 unit model of the last model year of the 460?

Here's the language from the ad.

It's just the way it's worded, but I can't imagine Lexus has totally re-engineered the steering wheel to heat the wood also just for this last model year or select edition. Of course, it could be a feature that shows up on the 2018 LS, and they may have included it on this 2017 car. However, I very much doubt that. We have all seen videos of how the Shimamoku trim steering wheel is hand-crafted, and there is nothing to indicate that the process has been changed to heat the wooden sections of the steering wheel.
Would love to have that color combination! Always love blue cars... and we currently have something of that interior in our '15 Sienna, chestnut color.
Someone must have ordered 250 cars worth of the wrong paint color. Too bad we're talking a paint that's the same as all the other paint without any special process. The BROWN leather is beautiful!!!

The ads is little bit confusing. I think what the actual meaning is "wood and leather trimmed steering that is heated". I thought it means both wood and leather trim are heated 1st time I read it.
