Electrical issue (junction box?)
About 3 times a month after sitting overnight and only at night the car will roll all 4 windows down halfway and open the sunroof and lock the doors. I cant figure out why. Battery was changed in remote and car. I'm thinking it must be the junction box on the lower driver side. Anyone else have an issue like this?

icedime99,
I am sorry you are having this problem. Problems like these shatter our confidence in our cars. We don't see many reports like yours. Please be assured that it is very unlikely that there is anything wrong with your car.
The most likely cause of your "phantom" events is spontaneous transmissions from one of your wireless remote keys (key fobs).
To keep from having to do a lot of typing, I am going to give you a link to thread in this forum where we discussed this problem several years ago.

Here is a link to a post that is embed in the thread I cited above, that has the same advice that I would give you today.

If you are not able to follow the links, let me know and I will get the information to you in another way.
I hope all who are interested in this will note that the problems usually happen overnight. The reason for this is "window of opportunity." That period is when the cars have the most exposure. During the day, most of the cars are at work and the cars are out of range of the wireless key because of physical separation.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us - I hope this helps.
