LS 460 PCV valve is under the intake manifold. Alldata shows 2.1 hours to change it. Some coolant has to be drained, the entire air filter and inlets are removed. Then the injector drivers and wiring harness are removed, followed by removing the intake manifold. The PCV valve is then accessible. It's not far from the oil filler, down in the valley.
so access is through the bottom not the top of the engine bay?
for sure. My LS is 240.000 miles . I will replace the seals of the intake and cleaning the throttle body .
have ever replaced the drivers side valve cover seal? I did the passangers side this last weekend and it was a pain to reposition it because of the angle it slides in and sits. I didn’t want to risk going through the same on the drivers side.
I also replaced both fuel injector seals that were leaking. Those were easy.

I did the driver side with a freind . The problem is that you have to remove the high pressure fuel line in order to remove the valve cover.
