I really would like to see something revolutionary (e.g., all EV, hydrogen fuel cell) in the drive train department.

Looks like there might also be a non-hybrid LS500. Wonder what Toyota has in the works.

Supposedly it will be V6-based, basically the GS450h system on steroids, probably with a larger electric motor.

It won't be the same ultra-high-end product as the V8-based system in the 600hL.

The non-hybrid car will supposedly have a detuned version of the IS-F/GS-F/RC-F 5.0-liter V8.

Basically as I have predicted a modern day LS430 to stretch out the product until the next big thing.

I can't wait to see the next generation of the LS. Lexus is keeping everything a secret but I know it will continue the pursuit of perfection.

Lexus might use those model names. However, manufacturers trademark dozens, if not 100's, of names most of which never get used.

What ever the configuration may be, I am just really hoping that Lexus keeps one foot in the ultra-luxury car segment (a la LS600hL).
