hi all

i have ls 460
my rear seat entertainment is not working
i can't open the rear screen
and when i hit Display button in left of the navigation screen there is no " rear " word that open the rear screen


any ideas about this !!

 

I would begin with checking all fuses associated with rear half of the car

 

which fuse box ?
the one in the trunk ??


and when this problem appear , the navigation screen just show verticle lines , audio and climate works , but when i hit navigation the screen went black and some times shows verticle lines

 

Do you have an IVIC installed? Sounds similar..

 

your remote need new batteries? sorry totally random question...

no , the batteries are new
the problem is like there is no rear seat entertainment
i can't open the screen by the remote , and i can't open it from the navigation screen

 

vais technology in vehicle infotainment center. I have one installed and have no issues with my rear screen

 

no , i didn't install ivic
i think there is something with the multidisplay wire
the blue one , do you have a diagram for it , where it is go inside the car

 

Hello, hope you're having an amazing day, how did you solve the problem, I recently bought a Ls with the same issue.

 

So I've solved my issue. In my case it was the most obvious case. The rear TV was broken and was sending a bad video signal to the central screen, causing its glitching.
