my rear seat entertainment is not working
i can't open the rear screen
and when i hit Display button in left of the navigation screen there is no " rear " word that open the rear screen
I would begin with checking all fuses associated with rear half of the car

which fuse box ?
the one in the trunk ??
and when this problem appear , the navigation screen just show verticle lines , audio and climate works , but when i hit navigation the screen went black and some times shows verticle lines
your remote need new batteries? sorry totally random question...

So I've solved my issue. In my case it was the most obvious case. The rear TV was broken and was sending a bad video signal to the central screen, causing its glitching.
