Default Disable navigation safety feature?

Is there a way to deactivate the feature in the factory navigation that disables inputting commands while the vehicle is in motion? It's annoying that the passenger cannot alter the route if necessary, and driver has to come to a stop.

Both of these should do what you are looking for, but I would look around here in the classifieds as someone may be getting rid of one a lot cheaper.

i can relate to ceejmaster's query though, because in the LS430's you just tapped the screen in a certain sequence which would bring you to a "hidden" screen where it could be disabled. . .

Apparently, but not in the 460. FWIW, the PS unit is worth every penny of it's price.

No, I didn't, hence why I posted the question. But noted for next time, thanks.

Do a search of "Prestigious Society" or "Bypass Module". Lots of good info.
