I Just recently purchased the GS250 2012 premier, it does not come with built in navigation system.
Would anyone know how I can add Navigation to the already existing screen there is in the car, i do not want to add a separate screen with wires, that just looks messy..

Please help.. I asked Lexus and they said its not possible... I am sure it is...

 

Okay...apparently I'm out of the loop! What the heck is a GS..."250"??? I have the 350 and everyone knows of the 450h, but...250? Maybe a typo?

You will have to replace the entire screen, the stereo unit itself and the remote touch console. Will probably run you an easy $5K USD. Someone was selling the entire setup on ebay a few months ago. Made no sense to me, but now it does, I guess. Good luck.

PLAYTYM.. no typo... it is the GS250.. shares the same engine as the IS250..
Instead if the 12" screen it has an 8" screen.. it does everything but just does not have navigation.. i defi would not go for the 5k option,,, I think there are after market products that would enable the same screen to install navigation.. its the only thing i am missing...

 

Sorry, thought you wanted to go OEM route.

i want to revise my post . forgot the screen is different from the 2011 GS,,, so you can't do double dinn. wow you might be in a pickle. good luck with what you find.
