Depending on the year you have its most likely not avaiable without aftermarket install.

There are several threads about this. I bought the set up and have used it for a year with very good sound and reliability. There are about three pieces to purchase including a noise suppressor that is very easy to install. I don't remember the parts for it but there is a very good thread that should be able to be searched.

The 2011 US version LS has Bluetooth built in. It can connect to cell phone as well as an iPhone that has Bluetooth. Works on my iPhone 5 and also on iPod Touch.

There is also a version for iPhone. Can also stream via FM and there is a usb charge so you don't completely loose a 12v socket.

Default specific question about bluetooth streaming

Regarding the VAIS SL3B... I've read the website's installation manual and the various threads on this website and need to double check something. The manual seems to suggest that once the unit is installed, you hit the CD-Aux button twice to select the SL3B. Since that is typically how you select the Aux port (in the center console), I'm wondering Does this mean that the SL3B has taken the place of the Aux port and that the Aux port no longer works?

If you have this unit installed, please tell me, can you still use the Aux port in the center console if you want?

-V

PS, I have a 2009 LS460 with stock stereo.

I know that iVic render the aux jack useless, so I'd be incline to say that it's also the case for the SL3B, but I'm not 100% as I don't use it.

Default Lexus ls600hL 2008

Sorry for bumping such an old thread but I'm about to take delivery of a 2008 LS600hL with the Mark Levinson 19 speaker system and I'm keen to to start streaming music as it's too early a model to have that capability.

I was intrigued by this USB! Isolator loop solution rather than spending several hundred on, say, the Vais SL3b-L system.

Can anybody please give me a steer as to what my options are today in 2021 in terms of Bluetooth receivers etc, versus this old thread here?

I'm a but clueless with thus sort of thing!
