Default Turn off Traction control? 09 AWD LS460

Is there anyway to turn off the traction control on my car? I want to have some fun in the snow, but the car is to damn smart lol.

It will only keep me going straight.

Call me crazy, but I am not a rocket scientist or anything. First thing I would do is open my owners manual. But, since folks never want to research, maybe this picture will help you out..if the picture doesn't help, then I guess you'll just have to suffer having traction control on smh if you come back on here posting pics of your car in the ditch or wrecked, you will be clowned

I can't remember if these LS's are the same as the other cars, but in most after 2007 there are 2 different things you can turn off. A press and release of the button will just turn the Trac off. If you have the car in park, and you press and hold for 3 seconds, you will disable the Trac as well as Vehicle Stability Control. Turning that VSC off is what will allow you to kick the back end out and have some fun.

As 2GS posted, holding the button down will disable the tract control and stability control. A few days before I was scheduled to drop my new rears on, I took my LS to an open lot that was wet. I quickly found out that with all that off, this large monster is a hand full. Has more power than expected and the size doesn't help. Play at your own risk.

holding down the traction control button will fully disable it but at your own risk and since you are awd drive you might not be able to do it since your differentials are still connected maybe a fuse???

If you want to have fun press and hold for 3 seconds.
