Default 2013 is350 awd traction controll

Ok so this should mean traction control is off right? When I get any wheel spin the indicator light flashes at the bottom right. does this just mean that I got unlucky and my car will not allow me to turn traction control off completely or is this how all awd's are?

Press the TRAC OFF to turn it off, then press it again and hold it to read VSC OFF as well. The traction might be off, but the Vehicle stability control is still operating in the above pic. If you turn all the nannies off you should not have anything stopping you from getting loose. I think...lol

maybe just press and hold, don't press once, then press and hold. at least that's how it works for my 2011 350AWD.

Press and hold for 3 seconds, should disable traction control and VSC and they won't come back on until you press it again.

Ya that's what I normally do and the picture above is the indications I get. is there a different indicator that tells you vsc is also off?

Yes, bottom right corner should say "VSC OFF".

I usually tap it once, then it displays TRAC OFF, and then hold it down the second time, and lo and behold VSC OFF illuminates. I have a 08 AWD, and love to play in the snow!!!
