Default replacement tires for lease

I currently have a 2011 ls 460 lease but my tires are bald on the front and my back tires while ok, are longer made.

Last time I turned in my card, I had to have all four match, so I'm thinking of replacing all 4 tires with the cheapest replacements I can put, because I turn in my car in 2 months.

any ideas?

one guy at the dealer who wants to see me a car says to do that, but I can't really tell if that will be sufficient.

does lexus have a minimum tires that I can put on my 245/45r19 wheels?

Look on tire rack for the cheapest 4 that size compare with others to see which you want and order them

That was pretty much my question. I can't tell and no one at the dealership can tell me if I can just have 4 of the cheapest tires on the car when I turn it in, but from what I have read as long as they all match I'm good.

My wife's BMW has to have run flats on it with at least some sort of speed rating, but I can't find anything that says that I have to have a certain speed rating.

The tires should be at least the speed rated tires required for the car. I doubt you'll find a shop that will mount a set of tires that don't meet the requirements because I imagine they would be liable in the event of an accident caused by such tire.

When I turned in my LS460, six months before I went to a used car tire shop and got all four replaced for about $250. Best money ever spent.

Are you not leasing another Lexus? Generally, if you just trade the car in before lease termination, you can skip the whole evaluation of the vehicle and mileage issues and subsequently, tires in your case. A dealer isn't going to stumble over the tires. Especially when they can just replace them all themselves for cheap. I'd just take the car down soon and see about using it as a trade into the next vehicle. Saves a lot of steps in the process and dealers are always able and willing to eat the money to pull a sale ahead. Especially towards months end.
