Default I need some input too!

Does every 460 model come with the sport mode?

Does every 460 come with paddle shift? Lexus.com says this is standard for all models, or only 2013 models?

Which model carries the air suspension RWD or AWD? I would like to avoid it considering all the issues i've read.

Also, did they release any LS with RED INTERIOR!!?

Hey Twinturbo, welcome to Club Lexus!

I read your original unedited post and I didn't really have clear answers for all your questions. I figured some more knowledgeable folks would chime in, but I guess you're stuck with my SWAG's.

The main reason I didn't answer is I have a 2007 model and I'm not sure what may or may not have been offered in subsequent models. I can't answer your sport mode question. I am pretty sure that every LS does not come with paddle shifters. I can't answer the air suspension question. I have looked at the Lexus web site over the years to go through the "build your own" process. I never recall seeing a red interior choice.

Red guts in the ls would have been syck... or that dark brown (peanut butter). Im sure they all have sport mode but does do much but eat gas and chance shift points the 460 have more than enough power just not from the dig!!

thanks for the input guys I decided on the ls. I test drove one and LOVED IT. Just waiting patiently for a good deal to come up online.

After research I found that the most common problem is the air suspension, I'm still not sure which models come with this option, is it the 460L modles or all AWD models ? Does anyone know?

Is there any other common problem on the ls 460's that I should be aware of ?
Also can any 460 owners post their mpg?

Thanks again

I believe any LS460 can come with air suspension as it was an option. The LS460L's seem to more frequently have it though.

No problems here.

My gas mileage is abismal. It's short trips, always merging onto 50+mph streets and sitting in lines (gates to get on base) that provide me with 16 mpg normally. As soon as I get on a highway for any period of time, it shoots up, but I rarely see highway driving.

Click on link below for my mileage. BTW, this is real MPG. The dash computer display exaggerates about 5%.

Welcome to the forum! I really hate being the bad guy here, but the answers to many of your questions are already heavily discussed if you use the search feature, especially the MPG section..one thread is dedicated to that alone. You will find endless reading here and learn a TON of information that you will never get in any owners manual, especially the "Sticky" threads which are at the top of the thread list in each forum. Not trying to diss you or anything, but I tell this to everyone Again, welcome..you will soon go broke as you read up on ways to make your LS unique to you...
