Do all 460 L cars have a air suspension? Is this an option that is listed on your option list? Or is this standard on all L models?

No they don't. Look near the gear shifter and if it has a "comfort" mode it has air suspension. Most of the L models here in Texas do not have air suspension.

 

I thought for sure that a majority would've had it.

 

Lexus has always been surprisingly timid in loading up their vehicles for sale in many U.S. markets. I've seen rows of LS460's with little more than token options (usually ML tunes, BSM, and other snoozers). Rare to see the good stuff stocked just on spec (air suspension, DRCC, LED lights, etc.)

 

Model year also has much to do with it. While I don't have official numbers to reference, I will venture to say that a larger % of 2007 and 2008 Ls (and maybe 2009s) had air suspension than 2010 onward. That's what I gathered from searching extensively for an extended period.

This applies to other models as well. For instance, from MY 2008 through 2013 (or 14), most standard configurations for the LX 570 had Mark Levinson. Then, for 2015, that changed, and units with standard audio began to show up in droves. The 2016+ refresh is back to mainly ML, as I understand it.
