New Guy Around Here
Hi folks, Just joined and wanted to say HI. I just bought a 2007 LS460L. It's a nice looking Black Saphire w/ cashmere interior and factory chrome rims. It's my first Lexus and I plan on learning a lot from these forums. Thanks for having me!

You will find a wealth of info and entertainment here.
Since both of you are new and have 2007 models I just wanted to make sure you knew that there were 3 recalls on this model year (idler pulley, fuel rail and most importantly valve seal replacement). Also some have experienced a wind noise problem. You can find a lot of info in the DIY sticky at the top of this forum, and also through the search function.

Thanks Nospinzone for the tips on the recalls. I'm in the process of researching whether they've been taken car of yet. I'm hopeful, since the original owner had all scheduled mx done at his dealer.
I just found the records at LexusDrivers and all three of the mentioned recalls were handled by the previous owner, so that's a load off my mind.
As far as the wind noise, I've been driving a Solara convertible for the las 9 years so I don't know if I'd recognize it! This car is so quiet going down the road compared to anything I've ever been in. I've read some of the many posts and I don't think I have that problem....knock on laminated wood.

Congrats! A LS460 for a first car.........pretty "shabby". It's my favorite car in the world. I just purchased my first Lexus GS450H an 07 model (black on black). I'm getting a lot of good info on these forums.

Hey there! Welcome! I'm also new here but congratulations! I too have 2007 Lexus ls460 fully loaded . I still didn't register it so it's killing me because I have to look at it just standing on my driveway.
