Are the rotors cover under extended warranty? Is there a TSIB for it?

Default Lexus Service Center

So after buying aftermarket Rotors and Pads (Akebono ProACT Ultra Premium & EBC OE Premium Replacement) , I took the car to my Porsche repair shop. After removing Rotors, they found my Hub's to be warped. Very simple item to check but Lexus kept saying it was my driving habit and weight of car. They took video evidence of everything for Lexus. With new hubs and rotors, there is almost no movement. Lexus wanted to keep putting new rotors on bad hubs without ever checking. If you have this issue, make sure they measure the hubs before you do anything and show you measurements. I have been told .004 or less is standard. I was .008 to .010 on hub and with bad rotor and hub around .014. Thanks for everyone's help.
