Default Lower Chrome Bumper trim

What do you guys think? I kinda like it, especially for 8$ and 2 minutes to install. Its the U shaped trim that you can buy in any auto parts store, the one that all the ricers normally put on the door edges.

I like it !! I think its looks great. Did you get that at an auto parts store?? I know some guys dont like chrome on their luxury cars, but I do. This look good and doesnt come off as cheap looking...at least not in this photo

Suggestion: that chrome trim is gonna take a beating so maybe you can get some 3M clearcoat spray and coat them with 2 or 3 coats to protect them a little from rocks and bugs from chipping that thin layer of chrome those have.

I got mine from wallmart, but pretty sure every auto parts store will have it (autozone, pep boys etc)
It definitely doesnt look cheap, looks like it came with the car, i think it will look ten times better with a front lip.

It wont i had something similar on my old acura tl on the front grill and it was fine for 2 years i had the car. Your suggestion is good to be on the safe side but honestly I got another 15 feet of this stuff, and its a lot faster to make a new one( I literally put it against the black piece, cut with scissors and stick it in.

I like it! It seems to flow very well with the grille in the pic.

You're telling me. I barely had time for the whole thread to load before I was out the door.

Thank you for the great idea stas. Ive looked at the skipper inserts for years and never could bring myself to get them. Now my need is placated.
