I put some 20'S on my car at 60mph and up I get a shake any suggestion I took it back they re-balance it but same thing

 

are the wheels hub centric? if not, do you have hub rings?

 

Even though the wheels are balance, you may need a front end alignment.

 

They either didnt put hub rings on or they need to rebalance. Make sure you take it to a good shop. Some shops will do a static balance to just get the machine to read that the balance is perfect. Ask for a road force target balance. Tell them you want to see the read out sheets from the balancing. All the numbers for all tires should be below 10-12 g. I took the LS to discount tire and the balanced it. It still felt like crap so I took it to a wheel specialist shop and they found that my rear right was out 29 grams. Thats insane. Discount tire is great for flats and buying tires at low low prices but they couldnt balance a tire to save their lives

Is it a staggered setup? If not try moving the rear tires to the front and try to eliminate which wheel/tire is causing the issue. If you have your stock wheels that don't shake put 3 of them on and do a process of elimination to figure out which one is causing issues.

 

Sounds like what I recently experienced. I was getting a vibration at 72-78mph that seemed to be coming from the rear. The tires were balanced twice using load/balancing. Finally we moved the back tires to the front and all the vibration just went away. Like magic. I suspect that having the tires on the front puts more load weight on them; thus some how causing the vibration to go away.

 

The car is not staggered I will try what you said CDW91
