I went with concealed method and my button is in the Center armrest.

I also put it in the center console.

Randomwalk, you just need to put the button where she won't find it (like under the seat)

I'm in with Henry as well. He installed my ipod adapter and it works great. Hopefully will be doing the nav override soon.

Navigation override for 2006 sc430

I have found your comments very encouraging.
I have two questions.
1) Do you know if it is possible to install the PS in a SC430.
The actual navigation unit is in the trunck so I am not sure about accessibility.

2) Do you know if anyone has successfully created a 5.1/10.1 hybrid disc. I have been trying but so har have not succeeded.

Since I have beige interior, I have installed the PS unit switch on the passenger side just underneath the dash at the edge of the black trim. Hidden but easily accessible.
