Techstream for rotor replacement?
I know that calibration with techstream is needed for certain brake-related procedures but does this include a straight swap out of new OEM rotos for old?

No you are good. I did both pads and rotors on my LS and didn't have to use TS. Do make sure you have the parking brake off and use the procedure to disable it or removing the rear rotors will be not fun.
