I'd say go toyota OEM. There are aftermarket 'OEM' like NAPA, but there is a quality difference.

If he goes cross-drilled, be prepared for a little more brake noise.

Don't forget to change the pads with the rotors at the same time.

Hey fvellani!

OEM rotors from the dealer would run about $100+ a piece, $90 for the front pads, >$70 or less depending on dealer and the inflated labor charge. If you have a good personal mechanic he can do the job for you, its very easy.
