I'll look again, but it used to include details like package/trim level (ML, UL, CL) and a full readout like a window sticker. Then the service readout used to be more complete and would give all locations where serviced.
yeah they don’t do this anymore. At least for older vehicles - that info doesn’t come up anymore for my 2014. Just says floormats.
I still see all of this on the site for my 03. They have moved things around, but the Service History still shows all the service records for every trip to the dealer as well as what I have entered manually over the years, and the My Lexus section shows the Vehicle Specs based on my VIN and has a ton of listed sections with little + signs I can open or close. Do you not see this? You do have to use Edge as your browser otherwise that whole Service section does not work at all. I had that issue last year and wrote to them and they told me it was ONLY Edge compatible in those sections.
Thanks, @thellmer . It is better on Edge, but still not what it used to be. Some locations on service history are not there, and the trim level is still gone, like the window sticker effect. Bummer that the browsers play a role. It used to be a full readout. That's wild what @PDITTEL says above, a 2014! Maybe it is just a reluctance to provide data based on resources.
I agree, definitely not the same user experience as before - you used to be able to print/pdf print your entire service history easily but now you have to open all those + signs one by one before printing/pdf'ing AND it no longer includes the 'comments' section which is where I added all the individual stuff I did myself...so now all those sections when printed are generic like Service - Misc service - but with no details that I had added to the comments section since that is the only place you can add them. You can see them when you open the details but you can't print them. If you go into the My Lexus/My Dashboard section then click to Download your vehicle Specs, at least for mine, it does list out the window sticker type details in the "download" that opens in the pre-print box. Did you try that?
I tried the download button, it doesn't show anymore than the regular page does for me unfortunately. Back in 2021 I could see all the optional factory installed packages on my 2014 RX like Luxury, PCS, BSM, etc. Now it only shows floormats... I'm in the market for a second RX and the spec feature comes in handy for new listings that don't have pictures yet. Shame it doesn't work for me anymore. I've tried every browser there is and come across the same results. It might only be with RXs though, that's the only model I've been looking up there recently. Although I did look up a 2015 NX and it had the same result.
