Lexus drivers website Add/remove vehicles working?
Hi All,
I noticed that Lexus updated their https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers website this week.
It seems I can't add or remove vehicles like they used to be able to. Anyone having the same issue?
Thanks.

On the Lexus website, one can add their vehicle VIN# to look at the service history. This stopped working after Lexus updated the website. The issue has been finally fix by Lexus (restored to original webpage).
They must be doing something with the Lexus Drivers website recently. I haven't been able to login for the past week. After putting in my e-mail and password in the login fields, it always goes to a page at https://aem.drivers.lexus.com/lexusd...?errorcode=500 that says "403 - Invalid URL". I also sent an email to customer service and they gave me a generic response that they'll look into it.

It works for me. I noticed that there's a redirect to a new URL now.
Try this one if you're having issues.

I tried logging in with that link but it went to a page that said this:
"THE LEXUS DRIVERS SITE IS UNDERGOING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADES. Please check back later to access your resources and rewards. Thank you for your patience."
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Weird, it works for me without issues. Lexus is using a Content Delivery Network provider and they maybe having issues from time to time.
If I opened up a command prompt and ping it, I see I'm hitting this IP and this changes over time probably another server 2nd time around.
1st time.

I have the same issue. I try to log in to my account and instead of going to https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrive...unt.login.html, I'm taken to the page https://aem.drivers.lexus.com/lexusd...?errorcode=500
This happens with two different browsers.
Frustrating...

Have you tried simply opening a new tab and/or pasting the above URL into your browser nav bar?
I had a strange thing happen just now. When I tried to login, I was immediately returned to ClubLexus. However, then, I opened a new tab and went to https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers and had no issue opening the page.
