The Lexus driver's website is not working for me...
Hi folks, the drivers.lexus.com website has been wonky for me for the past couple of weeks. I'm shopping for an LX470 and I can't add a vehicle to check its Lexus service history. Anyone having the same problem?
Would anyone be willing to look up a VIN for me, if the site is working for them?
EDIT: It works if you make a new account.

Are you using Microsoft Edge browser? I had similar issues and wrote to their support desk and they told me several months ago they switched the site to ONLY work correctly with Microsoft Edge. After switching to that browser on both my Windows and Macbooks the site works fine. I had been using Chrome and/or Safari on both systems since I really don't care for Edge. But now when I want to use the Owners site I open Edge and it works fine
Yeah I tried edge on two different computers (as well as chrome as well as samsung's internet browser on my phone). Whenever you go to 'add a vehicle' there's a pop up within the page that just flickers and then eventually it logs you out. I cannot add any VINs. Does yours work?

Nope, you're right. The popup does the weird flickering thing and you cannot type into it. There is a support link on the site where you can enter the bug for them to look at. They seem to be decently responsive (2-3 days) in getting back to you. Looks like they have a bug on their site.

They have also reduced the offerings for looking up old VIN's. I complained twice, but to no avail. The first time they acknowledged the deficiencies but never responded, and the 2nd time they of course referred me to the dealer, as if they know anything about 15 year + cars.
They won't give you full readouts anymore of trim level and options, and they won't let you see locations of servicing. Then when I checked my own car, they had 1 of the locations wrong.
It's very unfortunate, as this was a helpful tool in shopping.

I cannot even login anymore. I tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and multiple computers nothing works, it simply takes me back to the home page and doesn't log me in. I was able to get in once but when I tried to add a vehicle the website glitched and logged me out. It won't even let me create a new account - just glitches me out.
Wondering if anyone else has access today? If so can you somehow send me the service history for this VIN? XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
**Update**
I was able to get in but I had to create a new account and it would only allow me to create an account if I said I was a business not an individual. Everything is functional aside from the vehicles specific options. I really wish this feature was still available.

The LS430 is now over 15 years old. That means that Lexus have abandoned the model.
From now on spares get harder to get and support from the dealers and from Lexus themselves gets crappier.
It's one of the joys of running older cars.

Look for a sticker on the driver door jamb or on the body right next to the bottom of the jamb, see this link. There is a code on the bottom of the sticker with LA07 or something like that for your interior.

Also, I installed Edge browser and still cannot add a new vehicle; the Lexus drivers site behaves the same glitchy way as it does using Firefox and Chrome.

Yes, you add VIN's to your account and that will provide some details, but like I commented above, it is not what it used to be.
Like @BigBoomer indicated above, it is their polite way of showing us the door, smiling and saying "thank you for your loyalty" while walking us out.

I'll look again, but it used to include details like package/trim level (ML, UL, CL) and a full readout like a window sticker. Then the service readout used to be more complete and would give all locations where serviced.
