Just replaced my 2001 ULs door motor with the standard #FC-280PC-22125 however upon reinstall, it’s locking when the other doors unlock, and unlocking when the other doors lock? I’ve made no modifications to the motor so unsure as to what I can do

I worry that the motor you used was not a genuine Mabuchi one. There are fake motors resembled to Mabuchi but some of those have a reversed polarity and the performance is not as good as Mabuchi ones. The quickest way to use is to reverse the + and - wires but I don't know how long the motor lasts.
This says that the ID number is FC280PC-22125 but it's not made by Mabuchi and the polarity is reversed.

I always buy genuine Mabuchi motors from this seller kenryorei located in Kyoto Japan paying Japanese Yen 640, 740 or 790 depending on motors but problem is that the seller does not ship to abroad. Fake ones are sold much cheaper than these prices but many of them have the reversed polarity also the shaft is a bit thicker.
