This seems to be a very common warning light caused by many different sources. It seems that if the VSC light is on by itself, it helps to narrow things down. But in my situation, all the lights were on - VSC, TRAC OFF, CHK Engine. I ran the OBD 2 and got a lot of codes back. I’ll post those up. I tried disconnecting my battery. No luck. I tried to reset using the pins to reset the yaw sensor. No luck. I finally broke down and just bought a yaw sensor on eBay. I installed it today. After installing I made sure I was on level ground and reset the yaw again. Drove for a bit and then, bam, light back on. I checked all the fuses and found a few bad. I replaced all of them. The parts store let me use their OBD reader. I used it to pull the codes. Same ones as last time. I deleted all the codes. So far, no lights have come back. I’m still very skeptical, but have a tiny bit of hope. While I was taking apart everything I cleaned. I also got to fix my center console lid that did not close. Seriously thankful for everyone on here. I could not have done all the DIY on my Lexus without the help. So dirty down here. It looked to me like someone might have spilled their drink and it went all over the Yaw sensor.
Center console was a breeze to remove. There are post for this, they will get you through.
After removal of the center console. Here is the alleged trouble maker. Make sure you buy a yaw sensor with the SAME EXACT NUMBER otherwise it won’t work.

Drove the car around all weekend. It was such a relief to have all the lights off. Well, today I got in to drive to work. Got on the highway and the first major incline I hit the lights are back. All weekend I mostly stayed on surface roads and never really got going fast. It seems that this issue is stemming from speed and incline. I am at a dead end.
What could be causing the issue? Maybe I didn’t perform the yaw reset correctly? I was really trying to avoid paying Lexus $200 or more to diagnose my issue. I am wondering if the vehicle alignment might have something to do with it?
I have 17 inch rims with stock size tires. Airbags are gone and I have Tien coil overs. Any advice or suggestions?
What procedure did you follow for yaw reset? I'm assuming you did zero point calibration using Techstream. Additionally, did you test the condition of the connectors and clean them? Considering that there was likely liquid in that area at one point
Finally gave up on the diagnosing. I did everything I could think of. I got some good electronic connection cleaner and cleaned every plug I could find. I did zero point calibration using the Lexus manual. The auto store was even nice enough to let me borrow their OBDII to double check no codes were coming up. I just dropped it off at the independent Lexus shop. I’m a little nervous about what they will find.
I was just going to suggest for you to bite the bullet and give it to Lexus for a diagnostic test. Now at least you should be able to get down to the direct cause.Keep us posted.
I have been turning off the VSC/Check Engine/TRAC OFF light by disconnecting the ground on my battery. I've been paying attention to exactly when it comes on. There is one particular hump in the highway that always sets it off. Makes me think it might just be a short in some wiring or a bad ground connection. I am going to clear it and then go around moving wires.

Zero point calibration procedure.
I just had the same idiot light problem. Took it to a local Toyota dealership and they found it was an O2 sensor. Problem all fixed. Hope that was works for you. About $500 repair.

Glad to hear they got it fixed. I went to the Lexus dealership this weekend. Not a good experience. I replaced almost all my front suspension components myself. I requested an alignment and diagnostic for the VSC. I told them that I’d like them to do a steering angle and zero point calibration. They came back and say that the steering needs to be replaced from the rack up to the wheel. They say I need a new transmission, new gaskets, new spark plugs, cooling system service, and brake fluid replacement. I felt that pressure to open my wallet wide.
They held it all day and called me in right at closing time. They said it’ll never be right because it has been converted from air sus to spring and strut. My steering wheel is now out of alignment. Car pulls left and vibrates on the highway. Went to tire shop to ensure wheels are balanced.
I am not taking it back to that location. Basically spent $300 to make my car drive worse and get some windshield wipers. Ha
