Default 04 LS drivers side window will not auto up and down

Hello folks, I have an 04 LS430 that has a weird issue that I am having trouble figuring out. All of my auto up and down windows work properly except for the drivers front door. The drivers front door will work normally up and down but the auto up feature does not work. I replaced the master switch but the problem still remains. Is this potentially some sort of wiring issue or does it need the factory reset procedure?

My 99 SC400 had an issue with the power windows but they did not work at all, and it ended up being a broken ground wire in the harness that I repaired. Not sure if this is similar or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try this:

1. Roll window up
2. Roll down to halfway point
3. Roll up and continue to hold switch in roll up position for 5 seconds
4. Release and test

This is the proper initialization procedure:

INITIALIZATION
HOW TO RESET POWER WINDOW MOTOR (RESET SWITCH AND PULSE SWITCH)
If the jam protection function does not function properly, perform the following procedures.
HINT: Resetting the power window regulator motor (initializing the limit switch) is necessary if: 1) the window regulator is replaced or removed/installed, or 2) the window regulator is operated without the door glass installed.

(a) Remove the power window motor.
HINT: Place the matchmarks on the power window motor and window regulator gear.
(b) Connect the power window motor and power window switch to the wire harness of the vehicle.
(c) Halfway pull up the power window switch. Rotate the power window motor between 6 to 10 revolutions, or for 4 seconds or more.
(d) Assemble the power window motor and regulator.
HINT:
• Install the motor when the regulator arm is below the middle point.
• Align the matchmarks on the power window motor and window regulator gear.
(e) Assemble the power window regulator and door glass.
HINT: Do not push down the power window switch (rotate the motor downward) until the door glass installation has been completed.
(f) Connect the power window switch to the wire harness and turn the ignition switch ON.
(g) Repeat UP and DOWN operation several times manually.
(h) Check if AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally.
HINT:
• Be careful with the power window during AUTO operation. The jam protection function does not operate just after the power window motor is initialized.
• Use the power window's AUTO UP function to fullly close the window. If the power window lowers after being fully closed, initialize the power window motor again.
(i) Check the power window function.

The auto-up/down function has a safe mode which allows only manual operation when the Hall effect pulse sensor in the window regulator motor fails. If you've removed the negative battery cable for 5 minutes and performed that initialization procedure with no improvement, you likely need to replace the regulator motor.
