Default LS430 trunk

We have to go to a wedding with the mandatory valet parking (I avoid like the plague), but it's NYC. I don't care about my wife's car as it's a soccer mom's car so that is the car we always use, but it's OOS. Being high mileaged and all at 87k lol

Since we're going to have luggage I was hoping to use the remote trunk disable, no can do I have only 2 masters.

I decide to bucket wash the car and then I take all out of the trunk and start cleaning the debris on the sides. WTH a dried leaf cut open my finger! Who woulda thunk? Now I am thinking if on Memorial Day I'm in the hospital or something it coulda been half leaf, half man eating amoeba...

Imagine a 2006 LS430 being the most reliable car in the stable or so it seems...

Goes to show that the combination of good engineering and diligent care by the owner can bring such long term confidence.

Some of those dried leaves are pretty tough!
