Rack and Pinion Mounting Thread Snap

I have a 2005 LS 430 and I was tightening down the rack and pinion bolts and broke it off. I'm totally at a loss of what to do now.

Does anyone know where I can find this part? Is it even fixable or do I have to tow it to a dealer/mechanic now?

Here is a picture of the part I would need.

Lexus dealer only 90116-14016 should be less than $10 ea
It doesn't even show up as a Toyota part.
The nuts, if you need them, are 90178-14002

Thanks, you are a life saver. If I take the other side bolt off will the whole rack slip off enough to get to it or will I have to disconnect the steering shaft?

Trying to decide if this is something I can manage or I'll just have to go to mechanic.

Just be careful with the hydraulic lines and apply match marks before disconnecting the intermediate shaft.
