What is leaking? I have searched for hours online to no avail. It is motor oil. What is this hose called and what is it going into in photo and where does it go to?

Thanks. So it is tranny fluid? Sorry my ignorance is epic.
Hard to decipher from your pics with all the rust on many lines.... make sure the trans leak is not coming from the shifter bushings. I had a trans leak which also looked like it was coming from the pan but turned out to be the shifter bushings which is quite common. The pan leaking is less a problem. and also less common unless the service has been done before and the pan was not sealed properly. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
With the engine running it is a leak dripping every second about from that obvious problem line area. Then when I turn off engine it slowly but surely stops dripping after say an hour. What is weird is my engine oil is low missing about a pint which btw is about what is the amount on the ground and tranny oil level is ok?! I am stumped and will look over it all again. The sample I took suggests motor oil. Weird.
ok great thx. Is the cooler line under pressure like a brake line? So like maybe I can do a quick fix rubber type hose wrapping around it to stop the leak? Just any short term fix idea to be able to get to a mechanic really.

BTW that's a nice looking cooler line!
The ATF pump circulates ATF through the cooler lines to the bottom section of the radiator for cooling, so, the lines are under pressure whenever the engine is running.
I would make sure to add transmission fluid and engine oil (whichever that is low) if you decide to drive the car. I understand it is only a few miles but you do not want to run out of fluids. Personally, from looking at that rusted line, it looks very brittle. If it is my car, I would not drive it. I would have it towed. I would also check from from front to rear of car, what else is rusted, and need to be replaced.
I spray the underside of my car with fluid film liberally. It is cheap and very good rust prevention.
Yes finally it is trans oil leaking just much in need of changing as is quite dark so thought at first it was motor oil. Thx for all input guys..I know now what to do..
