So I just noticed this leak under the front tonight. It looks like something next to the oil pan. Not sure what it is and how to fix

any help would be appreciated.

That's your engine mount, which is leaking oil. I believe it's hydraulic fluid.

Is that something I can do myself? looks like the part is around $90'ish. Thanks for the information. It is something that i need to replace like tomorrow?

If you have any tools and mechanical ability, it should be an easy job. Once you remove the bolts that hold it in, you should just need to put a jack (and a piece of wood) under the oil pan and jack the engine up just enough to get the mount out. You may need to loosen the bolts on the engine mount on the front of the engine (next to RF fender well) also, I'm not sure. It shouldn't need to be replaced immediately, normally when the fluid leaks out of a hydraulic engine mount, it just means it won't dampen the engine vibrations quite as much. As long as the engine doesn't sag (or much), it shouldn't matter.

Looks like code58 covered it all basically. You don't need to replace it right away, it just won't be as effective. You should check the amount of play (back and forth movement) when changing from park to neutral to drive and so on. Have someone shift through the gears as you look at the engine and make sure there isn't excessive movement. Then hold the brake (firmly, if it's not hard enough the car will start moving) and give it a little gas and watch the engine for movement, there shouldn't be much. (do this at your own risk)

Thanks gang! I'll look into it and see what the dealership would also charge. Thanks again.
