Techstream will not let me customize settings

Techstream will not let me customize settings
Just picked up cable and software from Amazon. I have version 12.20.024 with a mini vci J2534 running on an XP machine. Got everything installed and am able to talk to the vehicle. (2005 LS 430). However after communication I do not have the option to customize any settings. The left tabs for customization and health are not displayed. Wanted to turn off my DRL's and then investigate some remote settings. My research on the interwebz indicates the version I have may not have those options. Anyone have any idea's or a place to get an older version of Techstream that supports those options?

Got it resolved and wanted to post up in case anyone else runs into this.
Found an older version (10.30.029) which I installed right over the version installed. It did prompt me with a warning about an older version but continued anyway. Followed the steps as indicated in the original installation. Reloaded the drivers for the cable and connected it up to the car. Success!!!
I was able to turn off the DRL and have a look at some other options. Called it a day and will now study up all things Techstream.

On the step where you go to program files and you change the directory?
The cheap one I bought off ebay already had it typed out for me to cut and paste on that step.
The version I bought will let me do everything but customize and clear codes
