2001 Celsior headlight cutoff pattern

Is there a way to adjust the cut off pattern on 2001 Celsior in order to pass DOT without having to buy new headlights?

you can angle them down here is a video that explains the proper way to do it apply whats in the video to your car.

Please take a look at Post #8 on the link below. You have to use the "painted" light bulb for the 2001-2003 model, unlike the 2004-2006 model LS430, which has a different reflector to shape the light pattern.
