OP never checked back, so I wonder what he chose. FWIW, I just ordered a set of the Pirelli Cinturato P7s. I just didn't feel like spending double for a slightly better tire with the Michelin. 98/each from simpletire.com
I'm not sure you want that tire. Look where it sits in relation to the other tires in its category. Perhaps what you really wanted was the Plus version??? But then again, that's a smokin' price for sure...

There are Pirelli Cinturato P7s, Pirelli Cinturato P7s All Season, Pirelli Cinturato P7s All Season Plus. All different tires. There is also a Pirelli Cinturato Strada that I think is a Discount Tire Direct exclusive that they will tell you is the same tire, but it isn't. The All Season Plus are the ones that compare favorably with the Michelins. The non-plus models don't compare as well.
Whether they're the plus or just the AS, I'd have to take another look to make sure., They were sold as the Plus series tires but I'd have to take another look at them. but for the investment I made, if these last 2 years (60K miles) I'll be happy. I have winter tires, so I'm not really worried about how they'll perform in the snow, but I'll report back how they feel after a few miles..
I did get them installed today and they are noticeably quieter than the Yokohamas I had, but those tires were worn out, so anything would have felt better, I imagine.
