What trim level is this LS?

Never seen one like this with the UL options like leather on the console, door cards, dash, headlight washers, laser cruise control (assuming not just a bumper swap), etc. But it lacks the rear seat controls in the arm rest, cooler box, and no air suspension switch on the dash. People commonly swap the UL interior in base and ML trim but assuming the headlight washer work that's not a swap worth the trouble IMHO. I've never seen headlight washers on a non-UL model in the US market; assuming it is factory configured that way.
If this is some rare factory configuration; wow...leather stuff without the air suspension = best LS configuration

My 01 has a 04 ul swap. Haven't had time to play with the car. To see if all the buttons work. But I do know doesn't have air suspension. I can tell the rear passengers seat is set up to recline. But haven't tried it. Babies car seat is in that spot lol
Probably CL, Custom Luxury. A desirable package that contains everything included in a UL except the air suspension and rear seat enhancements like armrest controls, separate a/c, and adjustable rear seats among others.
You can contact Lexus and ask for the build sheet, that removes the guesswork.....

3 keys, first aid, and tool kit, seems to have what came with the car. I wouldn't use the first aid, but why not put it where it belongs...
edit: overall, based on the pics, it looks to be in good shape...I'd prefer lower miles myself, meaning I'd rather spend $2k more, and take 50k off the clock...my bet too is that it's a CL. There were interior options I believe, outside of the packages, so it could be a CL plus a leather option...my .02
p.s. isn't the interior ecru, which is not a standard color (I'd have to look at the brochure, but again, the build sheet removes any/all guesswork.....) For me the only show stopper is the color, and of course that's a big one

Looks like a custom luxury to me because it has headlamp washers. Modern Luxury had no headlamp washers. Custom luxury had some of the options that UL had like headlamp washers, leather on most surfaces, power door closers, Mark Levinson, etc. but did not have the rear console or air suspension like an UL did. In my opinion they are the best of both worlds. You get some of the finer things from the UL without the air suspension that eventually goes bad. Rear panel isn't a big deal to me because I don't ride back there so no need for an extra set of radio controls or reclining seats.

There it is, the interior package with semi aniline trim. Would be curious to have been able to see it brand new, vs. standard. Then, to see it 11 years later, vs. standard. I would venture a guess that when new it looked more distinctive and less perfect, i.e. natural...maybe some of the monotony of the standard, equates to durable? Not really sure...
