I've always been fond of yellow fog lights as fog is a regular part of my commute. I tried a different bulb before, but was unimpressed. These new ones however are quite nice. They are impeccably made and came beautifully packaged with foam over the bulbs and a nice tear to open zip lock bag. A nice addition was the inclusion of an Allen wrench to allow the rotation of the LED array to suit how you want them oriented. A nice touch IMO.
I've included I video of how they look from inside the cabin. Also included are some gratuitous engine sounds from my Magnaflow exhaust. Enjoy!
I have these same bulbs in my 4runner as fogs. They look fantastic from outside the vehicle looking at it but inside you are not able to see a real difference on the road though. In my LS I'm using a 3000K HID kit in the fogs with great results. Not as nice of a yellow as the LEDs but far more usable light.
Greg S - I am curious about the kit you are using. Who made them and where did you get them? Thanks.
I'm using a Kensun kit from Amazon with DDM ultra 3000K bulbs. The 3000k that came with the kit ended up looking more like a halogen color, the DDM ultra bulbs are a nicer yellow.
Lights look great! Sorry to thread-jack, but that exhaust note is perfect!! Details?? Thank you!
Nothing special...just some Magnaflow mufflers and tips. Not too loud (though at idle outside of the car you can tell it's not stock). But inside as quiet as stock until you mash it.
Cool video! Are your low beam the factory oem hid?

I'm using a 3000K HID kit in my fogs also but my driver side is greenish/yellow and the passenger side is a solid yellow when I first installed them. I thought maybe the driver side needed time to break in but it's been about 10 months and it's still greenish.. I'm starting to think the driver side bulb is a manufacturer defect.

Try a pair of higher quality bulbs. That should do the trick.
