While you are cutting, you will want to keep test fitting the metal piece. Leave a little so that it can catch the metal piece. In the pictures below, shows where to not trim all the way so that it will hold the metal piece. It's is in blue
To install the reflector shield back, set the reflector shield in place and turn the bolt clockwise. Then gently push the reflector shield at the auto leveling stem and it will snap in place.
Before you put back the headlight lens, test the projectors on the vehicle to make sure it is aligned horizontally and correct. This step is very important and should take the longest. I had to do this many times and drive around to see.
After you aligned everything, you tighten the projector nut. When you do this hold the projector to make sure it does not move when you tighten the nut.
Now you install the shroud of your choice and preset the oven to 350 degrees. Once the correct temperature is achieved you put the lens on and out it in the oven. Remember to turn off the oven and put the headlights in the oven. Do this for approximately 10 minutes
When the time is up, take the headlight out of the oven and use a wrench to make sure the lens is bonded back together.
