I have a pretty noise during idle, sounds lika whining almost like a fan or belt noise. It's pretty loud from outside The car and you can hear it in The cabin, it doesnt go away and goes up with revs.

Sounds like the alternator ... Did I see lights on in the dash that don't go off after engine starts? How many miles? May also be an idler pulley bearing and/or tensioner pulley bearing.

Shouldn't be that loud. A good LS engine makes very little noise. For some, you need to check the tach to see if it's running (personal experience).

Having the same problem it’s giving me a feeling that it might be the computer because I’m get camshaft position sensor both and both catalytic converter sensors and a random misfire but it don’t feel like it’s misfiring nor preforms like a misfire drives good just a little confused

Remove the serpentine belt, start it up, and see if the noise goes away. If it does, spin all the bearings and idlers in the serp belt path to see which one makes noise or is otherwise not completely smooth and replace. The belt might also be bad - slipping.
