Although there have been numerous posts on this subject, your car came from the factory with Toyota Red (versus pink pre mixed) that requires mixing with distilled water as a 50/50 mixture. I believe you will only need one gallon.
The Toyota coolant consists of mostly ethylene-glycol (>85% by volume). If you use 2 gallons of 50% pre-mix (7.6 liters) and top it off with water, you will end up with a 38.8% mixture. Lexus recommends a 50%-70% mixture - largely for freeze protection, but also for anti-corrosion protection. The chart below gives you some general idea on freeze-point vs. % mixture for typical anti-freeze. So for your 38.8% mixture, you are protected down to about -23 degC. This mixture is good even for Northern region around Seoul where winter temperature can dip below -10 degC.
Another important take-away is that using anti-freeze at full strength actually decreases your freeze protection. 100% anti-freeze (with no water) will freeze at around -12 degC.

I replaced the coolant in all our Toyota products with Walmart's SuperTech concentrate green antifreeze. It says on the label it's a universal antifreeze for all makes and for all colors. Just flush out as much as the original coolant as you can. I drained coolant from the radiator and the engine block; filled the system with distilled water; drove it to operating temp and drained everything again. System took about 6 qts or so of concentrated antifreeze to refill.
I replaced the coolant around 100K and also replaced the belt, hoses, and thermostat, on all our cars. All have been running normal and all have original water pumps, except for the Sienna which my sister had the pump replaced as preventive maintenance around 230K. I forgot to ask her to request that the OEM water pump be returned for inspection. I'm sure the mechanic would have pointed out any issues.
