Gas door, trunk and headlight issue

Gas door, trunk and headlight issue
All of this works when the car is on but when the car is off it does not work. Also the trunk lights will not power on unless the car is on. I have also noticed that when the headlights are in and I turn off the car the lights come me off right away instead of staying on until I press lock twice. have anyone else had this issue?
