Default 2004 LS430 Timing Belt / Water Pump Service

I am going to take my LS to a local shop in San Francisco for the 180k service (has 183k currently) as the dealer quote was absolutely outrageous. I am shopping around for parts so that I can just pay for the labor. I am looking at the following:

Amazon.com: DENSO # 3297 Iridium LONG LIFE Spark Plugs -- SK20R11 ----- 4 PCS * NEW *: Automotive Amazon.com: DENSO # 3297 Iridium LONG LIFE Spark Plugs -- SK20R11 ----- 4 PCS * NEW *: Automotive

Amazon.com: Lexus 89422-30030, Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Automotive Amazon.com: Lexus 89422-30030, Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Automotive

Amazon.com: Aisin TKT-021 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump: Automotive Amazon.com: Aisin TKT-021 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump: Automotive

Do I need to replace the air filter? Are those the OEM spark plugs? What else it typically done at this mileage?

Also any recommendations on automotive shops in SF would be helpful, I just moved from the East Coast.

Am I overlooking anything else?

Thanks

Curious, what was your dealer's quote?

Toyota = $850
Lexus = $950

Run as fast as you can away from that dealer. That's 2 x the going rate.
