Low tire warning

Default Low tire warning

I have reset this a couple of times from under the dash near the gas peddle. About 10 miles latter it comes back on . Whats next to do?

you are not holding your tongue right. stick your tongue out all the way and over to the left when you reset it. do you have OEM wheels? if you have some aftermarket wheels then you are just out of luck. if all else fails read the directions. my owners book says multiple steps before resetting. dealership takes care of this when rotating tires, ask them the correct procedure. it is not just pushing reset.

You have to hold it down for 10 seconds or so until it says initialize.

Smart *** If i rotate tires or change tires the reset DOES take of the problem.The more i think of it maybe it's a bad sensor.

Yea i did hear that about holding it in for 20 sec, I tried it for 30 sec and it did nothing.

I have had this on other cars and if I inflate the tires 10PSI over recommended cold PSI, then lower to 2 PSI over, then the light goes off after driving... Its worth a shot. Good luck.
