I'm throwing a P0354 code Ignition Coil D Primary/Secondary Circuit.
I think that points to cylinder #4. Is that correct?
How are the cylinders numbered on our LS's? In other words, which cylinder is #4? Driver's side or passenger side, then closest to firewall or closest to front of engine, or somewhere in between? (I get confused when people say left or right, so please identify as driver's side bank or passenger's side bank).
Thank you.
Confirmed, P0354 is for cylinder #4, which is the seconder cylinder from the front on the passenger side.

Most excellent rkw! On my other thread, and with Gronemus's help, I tugged on the #4 harness and 1 wire came right out. I'm waiting for the super glue to dry. We can go back to my thread here.... ----> https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...ml#post9678969
I got the dreaded P0352 code again (#2 spark plug).
I should have soldered the ends together before wrapping in tape and electrical shrink wrap.
I need to gain access to check but I'm sure that is what has happened.
Did you crimp yours? I just had to do one on mine about a week ago and actually came across your post when researching. I soldered mine but since it was the far back one up against the the firewall and battery I had a harder time getting to it so my solder joints were pretty ugly. I put heat shrink on mine but since the solder was not pretty the shrink wrap I used ended up being too small to go over it so I had to resort to electrical tape and then some new wire loom cover. Hind sight I should have solder one and then heat shrinked to make sure all was good, then I would have only had one wire that was electric tape. The clips I got were pretty cheap but seemed to be good quality with good wire.

did not crimp. I twisted the wires together, applied electrical tape and then applied electrical shrinkwrap. I'm thinking the heat around the engine has deteriorated the connection. This connection has been good for the past 1 1/2 yrs and 30,000 miles.
Took off the shrinkwrap and tape off of each of the 4 wires on the #2 COP female connector. It did appear that one wire had the two ends that I twisted together come loose.
I soldered each connection together, applied new electrical shrinktube, and then wrapped all four wires together in electrical tape. I then cut up an old thick garden glove and taped that over the wires to act as insulation.
Time will tell but it should be a better connection.
